PASTOR’S WELCOME

Welcome to Center Point Community Church, where we make every effort to present Christ, His love, and His message of forgiveness and hope!  We are a growing congregation that was formed in May 2005 and initially started with six to eight people.  The thing you will like immediately about visiting our church is the warm and sincere reception you will receive.  We really enjoy new people, welcome diversity, and have a good mixture of backgrounds and cultures in our group.  The soldiers and families of Fort Rucker are a big part of our ministry.  We find great pleasure in being a part of their lives and are tremendously proud of them and what they stand for.

When people inquire about our church they often ask, “Are you traditional or are you contemporary?”  I like to answer their question this way…We are striving to be relevant!  See, we believe it is not so much about style as it is about substance.  Our desire is to be involved in worship and ministry that touches lives—giving people hope!  We are expressive and joyful in worship, actively benevolent, strongly involved in missions, passionate about evangelism, absolutely invested in our children and teens, and base everything we do on the Bible.

So, whether you’re new in our community, new at the Post, or looking for reality in the Christian experience, there is a home for you here at Center Point Church!
